Spanish Fork Water Meter Classification

Spanish Fork would like to categorize water meters into types/categories based on the drinking water usage of the people/entities they meter. The categories should help in identifying atypical usage for individual meters for a specified subtype (land use: residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, school/park and government/municipal, zone type, property/parcel size, etc.). The classification of meters will require understanding of water usage/metering and experience with GIS. The city wishes to run simple queries with the organized data and display the results in an ArcGIS dashboard.
